Cons

Quality control is inconsistent: reports include paint overspray in the bottom bracket that flaked and caused noise, an undersized UDH hole requiring paint removal, unmachined brake mounts and BB after painting, black paint rings around bolt rivets, and a rear axle cup needing milling.7 2 5
After-sales support is weak: a request for clearance measurements was not understood, complaints about paint and facing were not accepted after delivery, and ICAN declined to send a replacement headset top cap.4 5 6
Lead times and shipping can be unreliable, especially for EU warehouse preorders: a June 30 delivery was delayed well past the promised date, and communication about order status was slow and uninformative.4
Customisation has limits: ICAN will not provide a custom logo, does not offer the Graro fork without bolts or a seatpost with less setback as standard, not all stem and handlebar size combinations are available, and a preorder removed customisation and colour options without a price benefit.8 5 1
