GOLDIX Compatible 11-12 Speed Cassette, All-Steel Ultra Lightweight Bicycle Flywheel for Shimano Road Bike / Gravel Bike
CassetteThatโs the one Iโve been posting about. -Itโs louder than DA. -Shifting is acceptable. -You need to bring the RD as close as possible to the cassette by adjusting the B-screw. -The price and weight are very good -No idea about durability. Time will tell. You can add SRAM Stealth Rings to improve the noise as the monoblock design is considerably louder than Dura ace cassettes. If you want the best shift quality with those ratios and don't care about weight, you can get the Shimano 105 11-36 (380g). That cassette is cheaper than most lightweight aftermarket cassettes. Alternatively, you can make a hybrid cassette with a DA 11-34 and a 105 11-36. Use the largest 3 cogs from the 105 and the rest from the DA - that results in a cassette with those ratios but saves 25g. I've only used it on waxed 12 speed Dura Ace chains. I purchased it from this store: New Bike Store. Nothing out of the ordinary for this order - it arrived in approximately 2 weeks to Switzerland. I've since gone back to the 11-34 DA cassette since I don't need that extra range of the 11-36. There is a night and day difference in terms of shift quality and noise.

ELICIT New Photochromic Polarized Cycling Glasses Men Women Bike Glasses UV400 Eyewear Sunglasses HikingMTB Road Bicycle Goggles
GlassesYou want something like these (not the first item, but one of the 4 colors that don't have a bezel). These are the "Elicit" branded ones me and someone else were talking about before. They have a subtle color prism effect, but are otherwise fairly clear except for being photochromic so they darken under UV. I use these for late evening rides because they darken very very little in low light. Not sure if you like any of the colors (red, purple, blue, clear) because they don't seem to have yellow, but I like them quite a bit and they have almost zero bezel.

GlassesI have a couple pair of Elicit clones. Really like these, crazy light, frameless, high contrast tint. The originals have Zeiss lenses, and I doubt these are anywhere near as good, but they work great for me.

Fualrny Cycling Bib Shorts 5D Gel Pad Mountain Bike Shorts Bretelle Pockets Outdoor Breathable UPF50+ Bike Tight Bicycle Shorts
Bib-ShortI bought a pair of Fualrny bib all black with excellent imitation of Elastic Interface chamois. the price is ridicoulous low, less than 10euro. So far, it's the best bib I have even ridden in my life. (I have Castelli, Biemme, Sportful, Santini in my wardrobe...) The chamois is thick but very confy and after 7hrs of riding my butt was fine! I bought a second pair with white shoulder.

Bib-ShortI've worn nothing but Assos and Castelli for years, but I'm done. These $11 bibs are amazing for the price, and still amazing if you disregard the price and compare them directly to the status brands. I've found others as well with the blue "EI" pad that are really good.

GlassesBeen using Kapvoe exclusively for riding (and some lawn mowing) this year. 01 multicolor w/5 lenses. Only use the photochromic lens. Very good glasses. Feel a bit big on my face, but gives full protection.

LightsI have the cyc1200. Itโs excellent, donโt really have too many comments. Itโs borderline too bright on max brightness, as I have trouble seeing anything outside the beam due to the contrast

Rrskit Battery Charger Adapter For Shimano 12-Speed Di2 Groupsets Dura-Ace R9200/Ultegra R8100/105 R7100 Electronic Shifting
Other DevicesReceived the 12s Di2 charger that was discussed many pages back when it was a mixed bag quality. This one is branded RRSKit. Looks like a serious factory has taken up this design: no more 3d printing, the casing is cast from ABS plastic, all contacts and ports look solid. Works perfect both with a mains charger and my power bank. Definitely recommend.

eeSilk Seatpost Alloy 27.2MM Plate Road Mountain Bike Cushioned Rod Seat Tube
SeatpostI ended up getting one of the original eeSilk seatposts (not the eeSilk+) for ~$48usd recently. I compared it really closely to the photos on Cane Creek's website, and while it's missing the Cane Creek branding on the seatpost itself, it does have the logo on the elastomer part, and says 'eeSilk' on the side. As far as I can tell it's an exact copy of the now discontinued 'base model' aluminum version. Have about 300km of use on it, and I love it so far, zero noise, zero creaks - it just works. Weighs exactly what the original says it does in the marketing materials. Apparently once upon a time these shipped with 3 different elastomers so you could tune the ride yourself, although Cane Creek's own website says in some places that the additional elastomers only come with the carbon version. One thing even the alloy version is supposed to come with (but the AliExpress copy didn't) was the special rebuild tool you're supposed to use to drive the axles out and back in for lubrication and servicing. I'm fairly certain I can bodge a way to sort that out on my own when the time comes, though.

ROCKBROS Cycling Bib Shorts Seamless Men Cycling Shorts 6H 500KM Ride Summer MTB Road Shorts Buffer Zone Bicycle Tights
Bib-ShortThe shorts are impressive too - one cargo pocket, high quality straps, good quality lycra, good grippers, nicely cut legs. Padding is fine for at least 3-4 hours but haven't tested any more yet. If you're tall, you might find the legs a bit short, but I'd say mine are good for ~175cm and below. Two really good pieces from Rockbros, not something I really expected but sometimes you take a shot in the dark and get lucky.
