I've been wearing the Garmin Forerunner 570 as my daily watch for the last two months, and it's completely changed how I train, particularly in terms of injury prevention. The watch is essentially my 24/7 personal trainer, but it does come with a hefty price tag. After 2 months of daily wear, was it worth it?
