This $1400 Frame Made Western Brands Look Stupid — Yoeleo R12 Review

After 4000 km of battering this Yoeleo R12 across everything from pothole-strewn back roads to late-night TTs, it’s time for a proper verdict.
In this video, I give you a no-nonsense review of the Yoeleo R12, a $1400 frame that has genuinely surprised me. You get:
✅ Integrated bars and stem so you can look like you’ve borrowed it from a WorldTour pro
✅ Fully internal cable routing because no one wants to see stray cables these days
✅ A sliding seatpost setup, ideal for pushing your saddle so far forward you’re practically perched over the front axle
✅ A stunning paint job (Hermidium, apparently) that looks even better in the flesh
Important point: it does not come with Shimano Di2 or any groupset, that is extra. But you do get all the fittings, grommets, Di2 holders and spacers included, which is more than can be said for many so-called premium frames costing double the price.
Build quality? Spot on. I would happily put it on par with my high-end Time frame.
Aero? Decent enough for most riders. Unless you are doing 40 km/h every weekend, it will not hold you back.
Value? Unmatched. Strip the logos off, stick a big Western brand name on, and they would easily flog it for twice the price.
