CYBREI have finally released their 24mm spindle version of the hugely popular carbon cranksets. These cranks come out of the same molds as the ones on Tadej Pogacar's TT bike as ridden at last year's Tour de France.
The 24mm version features a titanium axle for added stiffness. It offers a more convenient direct swap-out-swap-in upgrade for people running Shimano cranksets or just for people who like the bigger bearings you can run with thinner crank spindles.
Full disclosure: I sell these cranks over on panda podium and Cybrei provided these cranks for free in order to make this video. I have a financial motivation for you to buy these cranks. However, Pogacar could choose any cranks in the world and he's running these on his TT bike when it really matters... so...they're probably not bad. ;)

CYBREI Carbon Crankset - Alloy or Carbon Spider w/ EVO or METARBON Chainrings
Créé le : 24 mars 2026The reviewer discusses the CYBREI (CBRE) Carbon Crankset extensively, focusing on the newly released 24mm spindle version and comparing it to the original DUB version. They state it is one of the most popular products on their website, sold hundreds last year, and is now used by SRM and in the World Tour. The crankset features carbon crank arms, uses the Easton Cinch mounting system, and is praised for its stiffness and lightness. The new 24mm version has a titanium spindle, is $70 more expensive, and 15g heavier than the DUB version, but allows for larger bearings and is a direct swap for Shimano setups. The reviewer is confident in its reliability and notes a whole ecosystem of spiders and power meters is available for it.

Cons
- The new 24mm titanium spindle version is $70 more expensive than the DUB version
- The new 24mm version is 15g heavier than the DUB version

- New version uses a 24mm Shimano standard spindle (thinner, longer, titanium)
- Mounts using the Easton Cinch system
- Carbon crank arms
- Can be paired with various spiders and power meters (CYBREI's own, XCADY, Sigeyi, Power2Max)
- The DUB version is the lightest option
- The 24mm version is currently outselling the DUB version on their website
- The reviewer has seen very few failures, only one instance of a screw cracking
