Building My Dream Bike for the Etape du Tour

I am heading to the Alps this summer for the Etape du Tour, so I teamed up with Panda Podium to build my dream race bike around the QUICKPRO AR:One. This is the full build, the weigh-in, and the honest niggles I need to sort before race day.

Full disclosure: Panda Podium supported this build by supplying the frame. They gave me complete freedom to say whatever I wanted, so everything here is my honest opinion.

THE BUILD
Frame: QuickPro AR:One, size XL
Cockpit: Canwin integrated one piece bar and stem, 38cm / 110mm
Groupset: Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 Di2 (borrowed from my Time Alpe d'Huez)
Chainset: ZRace cranks, 330g, with Dura-Ace 50/34 chainrings
Power meter: ThinkRider PP5
Cassette: 11-30
Wheels: Farsports Evo S5 (bought through Panda Podium last year)
Tyres: Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport 28mm
Saddle: RYET (getting swapped back to my SLR Boost)
Seatpost: stock 15mm setback, swapping to a zero-offset
Complete weight: 6.48kg ready to ride, with pedals, cages, power meter and Garmin mount
