I have that same Wildside saddle, and I've been riding it for about 6 months now (typically 10-12 hours per week). You can feel the difference in density in different areas of the saddle when you push on it with your hand, but honestly I don't think it makes a difference when riding. The shape really works for me and the weight is good, so I haven't had a reason to try anything different or go back to any of my old saddles (Selle Italia SLR Superflow was my favorite of the well-known brands). The carbon base looks good to me and I have no fear that it will ever break. I can't really comment on the 3D-printed cover, because this is the only 3D printed saddle I've ever owned. I have no complaints about it compared to a traditional saddle, but I haven't been blown away with it and I don't think of it as a game changer, either. Maybe a $300+ saddle would change my mind?
