Toccay AERO-60 Ghost Carbon Fiber Disc Brake Wheelset

The reviewer examines the Toccay AERO-60 Ghost carbon fiber disc brake wheelset, a 60mm-deep, 25mm-internal-width wheelset weighing 1226g with rim tape installed. He finds build quality and QC impressive, with good rim trueness, consistent spoke tension, and clean internal finishing, though he notes the rims are not perfectly true and there is no QC certificate. He praises their light weight, climbing ease, and speed retention, but flags the V-shape rim profile as less stable in crosswinds than comparable wheels, and notes the wheels lack wind tunnel data. He recommends them for strong, fast riders on flat or rolling terrain using 30mm+ tires, and suggests alternatives like Elitewheels Drive for better crosswind stability at lower cost.
