Shimano Cleat Covers
I can't say if these are genuine or not, but I don't really mind if they're fakes. They fit on my SPD-SL cleats, they protect them as accordingly and they'll make expensive cleats last longer. 5/5 - it's cheap, you can store it in your back pocket and you can walk without damaging your cleats while finding it easier to walk, because it's made out of a rubbery hard material.

I bought my first couple gear from Aliexpress, I'm really pleased with what I have so far. I'll definitely be trying out more cycling clothes soon, as I update my wardrobe. I normally wear Asian S or EU XS.

As accordingly, I ordered XS (the size chart is in EU). It fits me perfectly, however the only thing I wish is that it had back pockets. I'd rate it 4/5 though for value & quality.

Cycling Socks (from GKRQ Official Store)

Phenomenal value. I was surprised at the quality of these - these easily compare to my Rapha & Assos socks. 5/5, I paid $20 CAD for the Raphas (on sale) while I paid a little under $4 CAD for these. I'll be kitting my wardrobe out with these!

I have this version on my track bike - seem nice enough

I bought a pair of raceworks spd pedals a while back. I have only used them on my indoor trainer but they have gotten some decent use. I have no complaints about them at all. For $18 bucks I'm super satisfied. I can't comment on how well they would hold up in the rain and dirt. They are about 30g heavier than my shimano pedals but 10% the price.

I took a chance and picked up a pair of cheap Darevie cycling gloves. They're surprisingly comfortable, so I ordered 2 more pairs!

I recently bought their '23 bibs. The leg length is great, no more mid-thigh action, but weirdly the material feels way too taut.
It's like they've gone too far the other way in trying to make the bibs feel quality by making the material thicker.

Hello everyone, here is my go at it.

First time building a bike from scratch and obviously first time buying a frame direct from China.

Frame, fork & cockpit : Tantan FM301
Groupset : 105 di2 12v (without crankset and consumables)
Crankset : Rotor Aldhu with powermeter (from a previous bike)
Wheelset : DT Swiss 1400 48mm/62mm (spare)
Cheap jockey wheel from Ali
KMC chain

1 - Overall pretty satisfied with the build although i did not get to try the bike on the road (recovering from knee surgery). I like how it looks which is already a good thing

2 - The package was delivered damaged but the frame was well protected.

3 - Seems like this bike was designed for a gravel groupset. The FD hanger was not compatible with 105 di2 for 52/36 rings (sitting too low). I had to modify the hanger to make it work.
I also went for a gravel crank axle with spacers to increase Q Factor and compensate for little to no clearance with the frame.

Hello Everyone I wanted to update you on the riding experience after an intense weekend of riding

Friday : solo endurance ride 130KM - 1350mD+ - 206w average for 30km/h with the Tantan

Saturday : Group ride 100k - 1000mD+ 203w average for 31 km/h with my Canyon Aeroad CFR

Sunday : Group ride 130k - 1000mD+ 181w average for 31km/h with the Tantan

Overall the Tantan does not hold me back and i expect to get the same speed for the same power.

Handling, cornering, feeling at high speed: 5/5

Stiffness: 5/5

Comfort 3.5/5 The rear end feels stiffer than my Canyon. It does not filter as much. I would expect maybe more compliance from an all road set up. Definitely needs larger tires with less pressures to bring more comfort.

Overall pretty happy with the ride. Remember that my i make the comparison with a Canyon Aeorad CFR which is proven to be a fantastic bike. I am thinking about maybe changing the seatpost as a lot of the compliance on the canyon comes from the seat post. I also want to get rid of the offset

I picked up Darevie’s latest cargo bib recently.

They updated the straps, the leg cuff, and a small update to the chamois pad.

The updates are nice, the pockets are welcomed.

I repaired 2 TPU with this. I rode 1000 km without any problems. Don't wait the glue to be dry before installing the patch (as opposed to butyl repair kit).

Agree on the Raudax stuff. Some of the styling is a pure Rapha copy, but the fabric is light and well made, and it fits much more "race" than many Asian brands. Nice silicone grippers. I'm a s/m in western brands like Assos and Castelli, a straight up M in Raudax. Even the cheap ones seem pretty nice, durability to be determined. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805652871346.html . I'm pretty much giving up on buying $80 western brand jerseys. Winter gear is another story.

The bibs are "ok". They have the usual thick multicolored pad but are well made with good grippers as well.

Finally finished the build! Super happy, it rides smooth as silk.

No major issues during the build or riding so far. Haven’t noticed any drag from the square down tube either. Finger crossed the fame will last.

I had one from spcycle and it was decent

Totally loving this West Biking saddle bag. It was only about $3 USD on the Pick 3/Dollar Express section during the first of the month discounts. Bang-for-buck, you can't get any better.

My first pair of actual SPD-SL road shoes. Absolutely love these things and the carbon sole is great.
