PotenceI've had some time using this RiRo bike stem and I like it a lot. It works well with full and semi internal cable frames. It's a bit heavier than a lightweight UNO stem, but it feel stiff and looks serious on the bike. If you want to save a minor amount of weight, you can go with titanium screws.
I can definitely recommend them at this point! Unfortunately they come in 80/90/100 sizes only.

IIIPRO Rotors : These have been discussed a lot. They are great. For the money I think they are unbeatable. I just did a 15k' day on them and they never warped or rubbed on my pads. They are relatively quiet and while not lightweight, they are weight competitive at a fraction of the cost. Really good.

GantsThey fit remarkably well unlike the giro monaco gloves I used to have that managed the impressive feat of being too short on the palm but too roomy for the finger joints. I got them for UVs and padding but realized it had no padding when I got them, but I still think it helps a little bit for my broken wrist. No loose threads, great fit (for me at least) and I didn't get sunburnt. Just wish they had a tiny bit more padding but I like them
