Carbon wheel brand launched in 2020 by a team with more than 15 years of OEM wheel manufacturing experience, with rim production based in the Xiamen carbon cluster. TOCCAY sells road, gravel and MTB wheelsets direct-to-consumer, built with T800/T1100 carbon, Sapim CX-Ray or in-house carbon spokes and their own 36T ratchet hubs. Rims are impact-tested to 180 joules and the spoke-hole area is rated to 661 kg pull force. Three product generations so far (current: Ghost Gen 3) and roughly 10,000 wheelsets sold per year. Ships from US/EU warehouses with a 3-year warranty and crash replacement.
