These Unknown Wheels Have Unbelievable Specs

A brand called Toccay reached out and sent me their 60mm Aero Ghost wheels to review. I'd never heard of them, there's almost nothing about them online, and their website looked five minutes old. But the spec sheet? A 60mm aero wheel at around 1200g, carbon spokes, 25mm internal, for a price that lines up with the big Chinese brands like Farsports and CRW.

So I raced them, trained on them, and did some tests I definitely shouldn't have. Two months later, here's the honest verdict.
