Prestacycle & Cyclami - Is this a scam?

Alrighty, after the big disappointment of the Prestacycle Prestaflator Go test and review, as well as confusion as to how it rated so highly at Bike Radar and Road.cc - i also happened to come across the (at the time $60) Cyclami E1 Team in my hunting for budget pump options to test.
This looks suspiciously similar.....
I now had a chance to test the Cyclami E1 team, and just like the Prestacycle, it crapped out early, so we got to do the full look / teardown and establish beyond any reasonable doubt that yes - these two pumps are indeed exactly the same.
This i think raises quite a number of very interesting questions.......
