COOSPO Heart Rate Monitor Review: Better than Polar or Garmin?

You don't have to pay Polar or Garmin money for HR quality. The COOSPO range of Heart Rate monitors are a great alternative.

Some people use a heart rate monitor to really drill into the proper training zones and make sure they're working as effecitvely and efficiently as possible. Others just like to have the data as a reference. Either way, you need to one that works, is comfortable to wear and won't break when it gets hit repeatedly by a rowing machine handle (I'm talking to you WAHOO).

I'll say now, COOSPO sent me these to review, but that doesn't mean they bought a good review!!
