ELITEWHEELS - My cheapest carbon wheels from AliExpress!

I bought a set of EliteWheels from AliExpress last year. So after nearly 2000km, how have they held up?

I love deep section carbon fibre wheels!!! They feel great to ride, decrease wind drag, and look amazing. BUT the big brands like Mavic, Zipp, and Roval, can charge a small fortune for their offerings.

However, AliExpress saves the day again, and last year I bought a 50mm deep section, disc specific, tubeless ready carbon wheelset from a seller called EliteWheels. They only cost me £265 (which makes them the cheapest carbon wheelset I have EVER bought), and so far I have ridden them 1183 miles, or 1904km.

For the price paid, I have been really impressed with them, but they do have a few flaws. The stock hubs are not amazing, without upgrading the spokes they are not very light, and I had an issue mounting the tubeless tyres to the rim.

But in this episode, I will go into detail around the construction, the setup, how they ride, and ultimately the pros and cons of these disc brake road bike wheels.
